Sonic Style Creator Plugin +...

Help! I have lost the Adobephotoshop Sonic Style Creator Plugin and instructions on how to create a style pack for Sonic MyDVD5. This product, MyDVD5, is no longer officially supported. I have posted a message to Sonic Online Forum but no response after 5 days - Does anybody out there have the adobe photoshop plugin and instructions that use to be available on http://styles.mydvd.com. If so can you post them to me ... many thanks JP
