where's the rest of the documentation?

The ''makingcodeprojects.html'' file in the sdk has links to a bunch

of files that are not included.

The Public Beta SDK did not include the PDFs. Ask for the CS2 SDK.
where's the rest of the documentation?
the CS2 SDK isn't going to have a word to say about interesting

topics such as universal binaries for Macintosh.

The CS2 SDK does have a document about ''Mach-O conversion'' - basically meant to help people moving from Codewarrior to Xcode (neither of which are mandatory for building plugins anyway).



Whatever you need to know about executable formats can be inferred from source code and Makefiles (and an Xcode project or two) on
